Increase fuel pressure The high-pressure fuel pump is the interface between the high-pressure fuel line and the low-pressure fuel line, and its function is to generate fuel pressure in the common rail line by controlling the fuel delivery. Under various working conditions, it is mainly responsible for providing sufficient high-pressure fuel to the common rail and increasing the fuel pressure to achieve atomization through high-pressure fuel injection.
Perfect replacement for the BMW OEM High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) and an essential and popular upgrade for BMW Stage2+ developments.
Suitable for all B58 engines. No software adaptation necessary! For the B58B30M0 (first B58 generation) the electrical connection must be turned.
The delivery volume of this pump is 1.178 ccm/revolution, the standard pump of the B58B30M0 only manages 0.954 ccm/revolution. That is 23% more flow rate!
