Accessibility statement
We strive to make our website accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG) regarding the accessibility requirements for products and services. In doing so, we have complied with the guidelines for accessible web content as far as possible.
Accessibility statement for services
As part of our accessibility statement, we would like to provide you with an overview of the compatibility of the service(s) described below with the accessibility requirements of legal regulations, in particular the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG).
Information about the service provider
Maria Habeck Autoteile GmbH

General description of the service
www.mhteile.com is an online shop for car spare parts. The offer is aimed at owners, workshops, and restorers. Private and commercial customers use the website to select spare parts from various brands and categories, add them to their shopping cart, and order them.
The service is provided entirely digitally and includes information, product selection, ordering, payment, and shipping via the online shop.
Explanations on the performance of the service
The purchase is made in the following steps:
- Selecting the vehicle model and product category via the main navigation,
- browsing or searching for specific products,
- adding items to the shopping cart,
- entering delivery and payment details at checkout,
- completing the order with shipping to the specified address.
Status of compliance with requirements
This website is partially accessible, as not all requirements are fully met.
Non-accessible content
- Technical barriers: Incorrect or missing HTML structure, for example, unused H1 headings or incorrect LABEL links to form fields.
- Content barriers: PDF and Office documents are not accessible (missing tags, poor structure, non-accessible tables).
- Color and design problems: Enlarging the text content while maintaining the window size reveals limitations in some areas of the website. For example, individual controls and text blocks are not scaled correctly, overlap, or can only be fully viewed by scrolling horizontally. These effects occur in particular in navigation areas and interactive components (e.g., forms).
- These limitations are planned to be remedied. As part of future optimizations, the layout will be revised to ensure accessible use even with significant text enlargement.
Disproportionate burden
- According to Article 5 of Directive (EU) 2016/2102, an exception may be claimed for certain content due to disproportionate burden. Despite our efforts, we are currently unable to offer the following content in a fully accessible format:
- Non-text content, as an online shop contains a very large number of images and visual elements that were published before June 28, 2025.
- Audiovisual content: Subtitles and audio descriptions are being added to recorded videos on a gradual basis, but complete post-processing of all existing content is currently not possible due to resource constraints. Third-party content is also beyond our direct control. Live videos are not currently used and are not planned.
- Language labeling of individual foreign-language text sections poses a particular challenge, as our product catalog contains a large number of multilingual terms and product names. Complete manual labeling would involve a disproportionate amount of effort, which is why optimization is being carried out step by step. New content is provided in an accessible format whenever possible.
- If you require a specific document in an accessible version, please contact us.
This content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legal provisions.
- Older documents and content that are not accessible are available on the website. As these were published before June 28, 2025, they are exempt from the Accessibility Act, and no comprehensive changes are currently planned for them. However, we will do our best to optimize them if necessary.
- The website contains documents and content from third-party providers that are not developed, financed, or controlled by us. No statement can be made regarding the compatibility of this third-party content with accessibility regulations, and it is therefore also exempt from the requirements of the Accessibility Act.
